About

Working in STEM for almost 2 decades as an industrial engineer, I’ve held various roles in change enablement, program management, employee engagement, continuous improvement and productivity; learning from how organizations manage change and build a culture of excellence. For any change to be effective, engagement and ease (a reasonable amount) are key.

For a change to be effective, methods have to be anchored on science, taking into consideration how our minds are designed to work. For a change to be sustainable, it should be simple enough both to ease into and be doable over the long haul.

Our core belief is that well-being is tied to engagement with life.

Our mission is to share scientifically-proven ways to boost well-being and make life better for individuals across the globe struggling with burnout.

Our lifestyles have a compounding effect on our physical and mental health. And it may take a while for us to realize the impact of daily demands and pressures on our minds and bodies. Remember the boiling frog? A frog when put into a boiling pot would instinctively jump out, but if the frog is in a pot with at first a comfortable temperature, slowly increasing, the frog will stay until it’s completely boiled. Similarly, a person who is in a gradually worsening situation without any realization of the peril, will stay until it is too late.

The best place to start doesn’t have to be rock-bottom. If there is anything in life that you know that you need some changes in—be it health, career, finances, we’re here to help. The best place to start is wherever we are now.

We hope you can join our community. See you around!
